Forge is an AI-powered accountability partner and mentor. It provides guidance, motivation, and reflection based on your conversations and goals.

Forge is NOT:

• A medical or mental health professional
• A financial advisor
• A legal advisor
• A replacement for professional help

If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a professional or emergency services.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Forge.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity under it.

One account per person. Don't share your account or create multiple accounts.

You agree NOT to use Forge to:

• Harm yourself or others
• Generate illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the AI system
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or threaten anyone

Forge may decline to respond to requests it deems unsafe or inappropriate.

Free Trial: New users get 14 days of full access. After 14 days, your memory resets unless you subscribe.

Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime:

• Web subscriptions: Manage via your account settings or contact us
• iOS subscriptions: Cancel in your Apple subscription settings
• Android subscriptions: Cancel in your Google Play subscription settings

Price Changes: We may change prices with notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until renewal.

14-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Web Subscriptions: Contact us at hello@rememberforge.com to request a refund within 14 days.

App Store Subscriptions: Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Refunds for Android purchases are handled by Google according to their refund policy.

You retain ownership of the content you share with Forge (messages, goals, etc.).

By using Forge, you grant us permission to process your content to provide the service, including sending it to AI providers for response generation.

Forge uses AI which may:

• Make mistakes or provide inaccurate information
• Misunderstand context or intent
• Occasionally produce unexpected responses

Always use your own judgment. Forge is a tool to assist you, not make decisions for you.

Forge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We don't guarantee that Forge will be available 100% of the time, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

We're not liable for any decisions you make based on Forge's suggestions.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
