Privacy Policy

Account Information: Email address (via Apple Sign In or Google Sign In), display name, and preferences you set during onboarding.

Conversations: All messages you send to Forge and responses you receive. This is core to how Forge works.

Memory Data: Context and details from your conversations that help Forge remember what matters to you.

Usage Data: When you use the app, message counts, and feature usage to improve the service.

AI Processing: When you send a message, the following data is shared with Anthropic (Claude) to generate a response: your message content, relevant conversation history, and memory context (such as goals, relationships, and events you've saved). Your email address, identity, and device information are never sent to Anthropic. Anthropic does not use API data to train their models. You are asked to consent to this before using Forge. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

Storage: Your data is stored securely on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit.

No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Anthropic (Claude): AI provider. Receives message content, conversation context, and memory data to generate responses. Does not receive your email or identity. Does not train on your data.

Supabase: Database and authentication provider.

RevenueCat: Subscription management for mobile apps. Processes payment status only.

Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing for web subscriptions.

Each service has their own privacy policy and security measures.

Active Accounts: Your data is retained as long as your account is active.

Free Trial Expiry: If you don't subscribe after 14 days, your memory data is reset but your account remains.

Account Deletion: When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days (typically immediately).

Access: View all your data within the app (Memory, Settings).

Export: Download a copy of all your data from Settings.

Deletion: Permanently delete your account and all data from Settings.

Correction: Edit your relationships, goals, and profile information directly in the app.

These rights apply regardless of your location. We aim to comply with GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.

We use industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encryption at rest (database encryption)
• Secure authentication via Apple Sign In and Google Sign In
• Regular security reviews

No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
